At Muaracha, we apply the same standards of quality, precision, and care to our shipping as we do to our garments. The information below outlines all procedures, conditions, and responsibilities related to shipping and delivery.
Order Handling
All orders are prepared and dispatched from the Netherlands within 1-2 business days after payment. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. Please note that tracking updates may take up to several days to appear depending on the courier's system.

Important Delivery Information
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, weather conditions, courier delays, weekends, or public holidays.
- Muaracha is not responsible for packages delayed, held, or returned due to customs procedures in the destination country.
- If customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees apply, these are the full responsibility of the customer.
Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for providing correct and complete shipping information at checkout. Muaracha cannot modify the delivery address after the order has been shipped.
- Packages delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for refunds.
- If a package is returned to sender due to address issues or repeated failed delivery attempts, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Unsuccessful or Failed Deliveries
- If the courier cannot deliver your package, they may attempt redelivery depending on their policy.
- If the customer is not available during delivery attempts, additional fees or return-to-sender charges may apply.
- Packages returned to Muaracha due to unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address details will not be refunded unless the item is returned in original, unused condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Tracking
Tracking information is sent automatically once your order is shipped. Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear online. Muaracha cannot expedite or alter courier scanning times.
